Sales tax

Applicable New York Sales Tax is additional. Taxable sales, where the shipment destination / point of delivery occurs within New York State, will be charged the applicable sales tax rate on the total sale including shipping charges. Any claim for sales tax exemption, where the shipment destination / point of delivery occurs within New York State, must include the appropriate New York State Exemption Form (ST-120 or ST-121) at the time of order. Sales where the shipment destination / point of delivery occurs outside of New York State are not subject to New York State Sales Tax. The purchaser is responsible for all fees / taxes due jurisdictions outside of New York State or when fraudulent / erroneous New York State exemptions are claimed.
