For 1968 - 1986 Cessna 172 Models I, K, L, M, N, and P

The SuperHawk STC puts 180 horsepower in your 172. 

There are two ways to get the SuperHawk engine in your 172. First, Penn Yan Aero can overhaul and convert your 0-320 Series engine to a Type Certified, FAA Approved, Lycoming 0-360-A4M 180 horsepower SuperHawk engine. This option comes with Penn Yan Aero’s full warranty and free, round-trip shipping in the contiguous United States.  

Or, Penn Yan Aero can provide you with a factory new Lycoming 0-360-A4M SuperHawk engine with Roller Tappets, a zero-time logbook, and Lycoming’s new engine warranty.

Both options include FAA paperwork, a new Sensenich propeller, and the SuperHawk installation kit. Installation requires about 25 additional hours beyond the normal engine removal and installation time. Optionally, the SuperHawk is approved for seaplane applications.
